Within the field of revolution
I host conferences, events, workshops and teambuildings in the roles of: Coach for teambuilding, Master Of Ceremony (for events) or facilitator of a workshop in the field of creativity/ new work.
As a coach, I guide and support teams in their processes, on their path to a more fruitful and satisfied teamwork. Both short term and longterm processes are possible (YoupaN, CJD, Landkreis Heidekreis).
In my individual coachings I accompany human beings in their own quest of future choices (with a great passion for artistic recovery).
I am specialised in the empowerment of youth, their sensation of true belonging and self- efficacy.
As a MC, I host events that bring together people for change. Big yes to sutainable approaches, co creation and teachings of creative skills.
WHY? In order to sustain sustainability, to empower individuals and teams to work from a place of potential and satisfaction, and to spread the sensation that taking responsability can be so delightful.
